Welcome to this Camino, where the combination of the magic of the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela with the practice of yoga create a unique experience for those who love spirituality and nature.

We will journey along the Portuguese Coastal Way which is known as the Spiritual Variation. Our pilgrimage will take us to unforgettable vistas to practice our yoga and leave us with a unique experience that will live in our hearts for a lifetime.

We are sure you will absolutely love all the wonderful accommodations . We have personally selected all our accommodations to give you the best possible experience. During the Camino we will spend the night at the most charming Manor Houses. They are located in beautiful rural areas surrounded by lush, peaceful scenery to give you a complete cultural experience. All of our accommodations have en suite bathrooms. You can be sure to receive personalized attention and excellent service from the owners, who will make you feel right at home.

You walk your Camino at your own pace. There is no one you have to follow or walk with. We have meeting points along the way where our support vehicle will be waiting with snacks, fruit and water and to make sure everything is OK. We start walking at around 9 am and finish our daily walk just in time for lunch. We meet at the end of the stage to eat, have a drink and relax. If you do not want to keep walking for any reason, you can hop on the support vehicle or be taken back to the hotel. You mustn't worry about getting lost as the yellow arrows always show the way. After the daily walk, and after we’ve all had lunch we will head back to the hotel.

ITINERARY:

Day 1: Baiona

Meeting in the historic town of Baiona. Presentation of the group and welcome dinner.

Day 2: Baiona - Vigo (25.5 Kms / 15.8 Ml)

Breakfast and morning yoga session . Today we will walk along the coast line, crossing several beaches and beautiful parts of the Ria de Vigo. Arrival to Vigo and accommodation. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 3: Vigo - Redondela (15.7 Kms / 9.8 Ml)

Breakfast and morning yoga session. Today we go through the last part of the Portuguese Coastal Way to join the Central Portuguese Way in Redondela. This is a beautiful and comfortable walk that will give us spectacular views of the Ria de Vigo and quiet stretches of path through the middle of nature. Arrival to Redondela and accommodation. Dinner in Redondela.

Day 4: Redondela - Pontevedra (21.2 Kms / 13.1 Ml)

Breakfast and morning yoga session . Our day on the central Portuguese Way will mingle breathtaking nature with history as we will walk along the Roman Road XIX that united Braga with Lugo. We will finish in Pontevedra, the historic capital of the province. Free time to get to know the historic center of the city. Afternoon yoga session and dinner at the hotel.

Day 5: Pontevedra - Armenteira (23 Kms / 14.3 Ml)

Breakfast and morning yoga session. Today we will take the way known as Spiritual Variation. This is a much less traveled road that takes us through places where serenity and natural beauty reign. Passing through the Monastery of Poio, we will reach the beautiful town of Combarro and its famous horreos by the sea. From there we will ascend through forests to reach the mystical Monastery of Armenteira, a place of legends and of great beauty. Afternoon yoga session.

Day 6: Armenteira - Vilanova (24.6 Kms / 15.3 Ml)

Breakfast and morning yoga session. During this stage, we will visit the so-called Stone and Water Route, along the Amenteira river and its original riverside woods, dotted with many ruins of water mills. Then, surrounded by the vineyards of the famous Albariño grape, we walk along the Umia River to the historic Arnelas Bridge and shortly after reach the coast again and to arrive at Vilanova de Arousa. Afternoon yoga session. Accommodation, and dinner at the hotel.

Day 7: Vilanova - Padrón - Teo (12.2 Kms / 7.6 Ml)

Breakfast and morning yoga session. Today we will learn about the legend of Traslatio, where the boat carrying the decapitated body of the saint James came sailing from Palestine to Padrón, going up the Ria de Arousa. We will be the ones who sail today, travelling up the river to the historic town of Padrón. We will take in part of the National Park of the Atlantic Islands as well as the Ulla and Deza River Natural Reserve. When we arrive at Padrón, we will see the place where the story tells us that the boat holding the remains of Santiago was moored. Then we will continue our journey to Teo. Afternoon yoga session. Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.

Day 8: Teo - Santiago (12 Kms / 7.5 Ml)

Breakfast and morning yoga session. Today we finish our pilgrimage to Santiago, the sacred city. Free time in the city until the afternoon when we will enjoy an unforgettable yoga session in a very special place. Farewell dinner full of surprises and magic.

Day 9: Santiago -Finisterre - Muxia (Day trip)

Breakfast and morning yoga session. Afterwards, we will enjoy a tour of Santiago with a local guide before leaving to explore Finisterre and Muxia. Finisterre, understood to be the end of the world by the Romans, is the ideal end for our spiritual journey and where pilgrims who have taken all the various roads to Santiago arrive to enjoy the magic of this cape. After lunch in the port of Finisterre , we will finish our day in the town of Muxia, where we will visit the Sanctuary of the Virxe da Barca. We will feel the force of the sea on these coasts and soak in the spiritual energy. Our afternoon yoga session will be, weather depending, on the coast watching the sun go down at the end of the world. Return to Santiago. Free dinner.

Day 10: Santiago

Breakfast at the hotel and end of our services. Possibility of extra nights in Santiago.
